Terms of Sale: Net 30, 1.5% per month late charge

Minimum Orders: $200 to open account. Each quantity minimum is indicated per item.
Any order that has a quantity less then the stated minimum will automatically
be bumped up to the appropriate quantity.
New Accounts: All new accounts can establish credit with credit sheet and a credit card.
Return Policy: Prior Authorization is required from Cherry Designs, Inc. for all returned
merchandise. ALL returned merchandise must be in original boxing and not priced.
10% restocking fee applies unless otherwise authorized.
ALL damages must be reported within 10 days from shipment.
All Prices Are Wholesale: Prices are subject to change without notice. (include 9%
for estimate freight charges and handling with a $9.00 minimum.
